Distillation method:
Disalcolazione in steam of pomace in copper pot stills to calderine and subsequent correction of the condensed alcohol in a boiler in a water bath under vacuum.
Maturation:
Normal for Grappa in stainless steel containers. For the Grappa Riserva in oak barrels.
