Located on the town of Castellina in Chianti at about 422 meters above sea level, facing south west, mostly marl soil.
Raw material :
Marc produced in our company from grapes of Chianti Classico.
Distillation method:
Disalcolazione in steam of pomace in copper pot stills to calderine and subsequent correction of the condensed alcohol in a boiler in a water bath under vacuum.
Maturation:
Normal for Grappa in stainless steel containers.
For the Grappa Riserva in oak barrels.
Alcohol: 43%
Color: Crystal clear transparency.
