1 – PAYMENTS
PAYPAL – the Customer will complete the transaction directly by choosing between two methods: (PayPal is an eBay group company leader in online payments)
PayPal standard, the customer will be transferred to the secure site of PayPal. Log in to your account to make payment on PayPal, which will be processed immediately. After confirmation of payment, the customer will be redirected to the order confirmation page of SANDONATINO.COM. The Customer will be informed about the outcome of the payment through the “Instant Payment Notification” service, the PayPal e-mail notification service.
Customers can also choose to use the existing credit card payment procedure.
PayPal express, the customer is redirected to the PayPal secure site through the Check out with PayPal button. The Customer selects the payment method, in addition to the correct address for shipping and invoicing and is subsequently reported on SANDONATINO.COM to definitively confirm the purchase. At the end of the operation, if the transaction is successful, the system will send an e-mail to the Customer confirming the transaction.
With the Express Payment, the Customer completes the order directly on SANDONATINO.COM, not on the PayPal site.
By choosing the PAYPAL payment method you can pay directly through your Paypal account.

If the existing funds are sufficient for purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly.

Shipping procedures
they start as a result of the Registration of the payment by Azienda Agricola San Donatino of Diaz Maria Cristina (from 2 to 3 working days) communicated with a specific e-mail – Confirmation of payment.
2 – TRANSPORTATION AND SHIPPING
Order confirmation and transport by courier
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order number and shipping status. You will then receive an email within 24 hours directly from the Corriere Espresso with your shipping code and the link to click to track the shipment.
The Corriere Espresso delivery within 24/48 hours, in case of absence on the first step, will send another e-mail, on which you must respond within 3 days, indicating another day to agree on the delivery of goods ordered.
Shipments in Italy
Shipping cost with express courier, unique for all purchases. For any type of purchase in the maximum of 100 pcs. , the shipping cost will always be unique.
The costs for large supplies will be agreed directly with SANDONATINO.COM
Transit and delivery processing times
The delivery of goods for Italy usually takes place within 1/2 working days.
* for some areas and regions (islands and places difficult to access), shipping is linked to the transits of the courier and may take a few days longer depending on the conditions of the seas or roads.
* in some periods of the year throughout Italy, near the holidays, or during special weather events, the requested delivery days
from the courier could increase.
* for the delivery in the smaller islands and in the area of Venice there is a supplement that will be counted automatically when the order is completed.
Shipments are all traceable on the courier’s website and can be monitored via the shipping number. The standard shipping cost is € 20.00.
3 – TERMS OF SALE
Once the order and payment have been made, the goods are sent by us with appropriate packaging by courier and are accompanied by a shipping document (order summary) showing the list of all the requested items.
The prices of the catalog shown on the site at the time of ordering are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs are charged to the recipient, but always calculated with a single fixed cost.
The photographs illustrating the products could, in some cases, not correspond to the product itself, for reasons related to the continuous research of design or to a different visual setting linked to your computer, without however jeopardizing its quality which will be in any case equivalent if not improved.
Most of the products offered by SANDONATINO.COM are available in stock. SANDONATINO.COM works on the basis of a variable availability of stock in a continuous flow with suppliers or by specific order.
All products are MADE IN ITALY and comply with current European legislation and applicable laws in Europe.
The prices shown on the SANDONATINO.COM website are expressed in EURO; all shipping costs are excluded. As the rates of suppliers are constantly changing, the prices shown on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also susceptible to changes due to causes related to the launch of a product, promotions and balances.
Attention: all prices are subject to possible typing errors.
4 – DELIVERY METHODS
The indicative delivery times for Italy are 2 working days. All complaints regarding the status of the goods at the time of receipt must be addressed to info@sandonatino.com within 24 hours of delivery of the goods.
Regarding shipments, if there are anomalies inside the package, such as: lack of products, broken or non-working products, it must be made known to SANDONATINO.COM by sending an e-mail to info@birrificiomath.com no later than 2 days from the date of arrival of the goods. If this does not happen within 2 days from the date of receipt of goods, SANDONATINO.COM will not be in any way responsible.
In the event that the order placed by the customer is returned to the office as: absent addressee, wrong address, or refused, further shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for lack of communication to the company.
The invoice for the products purchased will be sent via email to the email address received at the time of registration and order.
5 – HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER

6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on this site are subject to the regulations established by the D.L. January 15th 1992 n. 50: the customer has the possibility to renounce the purchase within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods. The date indicated on the delivery note will be valid. The product must be returned to “Birrificio Math” in perfect condition, in its original packaging, complete in its entirety and any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or invoice). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, (shipping costs are charged to the buyer), within the aforementioned term of 7 working days from receipt of goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, our Customer Service will immediately inform the customer either by e-mail or by telephone to return the goods with the simple care to indicate on the shipment their data such as name, surname, address and number telephone, never forgetting that the goods must reach us within the deadline set by the law of ten working days. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchased product; the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment); according to law, shipping costs are charged to the customer; the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse; under the full responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Math Brewery will inform the customer of the event (within the working day following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly report his complaint to the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; Brewery Math is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the original internal / external packaging is damaged, Birrificio Math will deduct 10% of the reimbursement as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, Birrificio Math will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the date of return of the goods. The customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to receive the bank transfer (IBAN Code – Current Account of the invoice).
Birrificio Math will refund the above within 60 (sixty) working days after receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases in which Birrificio Math ascertains: the lack of the original external / internal packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, …); damage to the product for reasons other than transport or for exceeding the time limits established by law for reasons not deriving from the Math Brewery. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Birrificio Math will return the purchased good to the sender, charging him the shipping costs
ATTENTION: for all products the package must be returned perfectly intact and sealed. Otherwise it will not be possible to return the goods.
